Technical Requirements

• Very strong knowledge and proven experience of requirement analysis methodologies, standards, latest tools and Microsoft technologies.
• Very strong knowledge of latest Microsoft development technologies.
• Experience in working on at least 4 or more medium to large sized software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and CMMi standards.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and posses good leadership skills as well as a Can-Do attitude.
• Knowledge of software development estimation techniques such as functional point or use case point estimation.

Educational / Experience Requirements

• Utility Billing Solutions Knowledge will be preferred (water, gas, electricity).
• PMP / Prince 2 certifications will be a plus.
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor/Masters of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience as an application analyst preferably in utility related projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include developing, elaborating and documenting system requirements, working on system high level design and architecture as well as communicating with client for clarification and verification.
