Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise project activities
- Perform regular project communication with the client
- As a key leader of the management team, this person will have overall responsibility for team and staff development
- Major responsibilities include supervision of staff; developing the department budget, maintaining fiscal responsibility; directing Process Improvement and meeting with compliance standards; providing for the pharmaceutical needs of clients
- Must have strong work ethic and a positive, motivated attitude
- Responsibilities include managing the overall and day-to-day operations, standards , coordinating with other departments to provide maximum level of services, planning, organizing and directing department efforts, managing an operating budget and expense and revenue performance, managing medication use processes including administering and monitoring patient outcomes, ensuring quality staff performance through effective supervision, training, and evaluation
