Technical Requirements

• Experience of leading a small/medium team of developers.
• Strong leadership, project management, time management and problem solving skills.
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
• A proven track record in Software Development primarily on Microsoft based technologies such as C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, ASP, VB6, COM/COM+ and SQL Server 2005.
• Experience in solving complex and large-scale software problems.
• Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming is essential.
• Large/ enterprise application development experience preferred.
• Technical experience of database technologies.
• Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Results orientated with good interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Work together with team members to plan and execute projects.
• Ensure that team has appropriate product/technical specifications and direction to deliver projects.
• Ensure that projects remain on target to meet deadlines by establishing realistic time estimates.
• Track and report the status of projects.
• Acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate team members.
• Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed.
• Helping developers to resolve technical problems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team members for optimum performance and career development.

Educational / Experience Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in software development.
