Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of project management standards and technologies
• Experience in managing at least 4 projects of a similar size
• Strong knowledge of ISO and CMMi standards
• Very strong knowledge of project life cycles, models and methodologies such as the Waterfall, Agile, RUP and Prototyping
• Very strong knowledge of software development estimation techniques such as functional point or use case point estimation
• Very good English communication skills
• Must have good leadership skills as well as a Can-Do attitude
• Will be expected to lead the project to a successful conclusion

Educational / Experience Requirements

• PMP / Prince 2 certifications will be a plus
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years experience managing similar projects

Responsibilities

This position will primarily be involved in leading specific projects. Responsibilities include managing a team of developers, quality assurance personnel, etc as well as acting as the primary client contact.
